The Deep House REITS design is inspired by the rise of luxury doomsday bunkers.
As the likelihood of doomsday events like AI apocalypse, global nuclear wars or climate disasters grow each day, the wealthy are investing in state-of-the-art bunker facilities with luxury amenities to safeguard their lives and assets. There are even now luxury bunker communities that can serve up to 5,000 rich individuals.

True to our fake bank conceptual framework, the design portrays an imaginary REITS fund (Real Estate Investment Trust) backed by Dutch Tulip Financial and the aesthetic is influenced by the posters for Deep House parties as the bunkers are, at the end of the day, deep houses after all.
