I want to denormalize...

I want to denormalize drinking culture as a way to make connections. Aspirational drinking to numb out the world isn’t a sustainable way to go through life. Not to mention its effects on our overall mental health as a society. I'm not advocating for the abolition of all drugs and alcohol but better education at a younger age, not just fear tactics.

 

I want to normalize...

I want to normalize healthy communication, less screen time and more time spent on being present with your friends, partners, and family.
